Well it really was only a few days worth,it started on St. Patricks Day, the boys had thier pinewood derby. They were really excited about it and had been trying to work on their cars all week (we forgot all about it until the week of) but Billy was sick and not really feeling up to carving a block of wood. So they did pretty much all the work the night before and the day of. They both had awesome cars, Cooper even got first place overall! Im not trying to brag but it was actually out of two wards and he still had the fastest record! I loved watching both of their faces watching their cars come down the track. Coop got first all four races and Carter got 2 firsts and 2 thirds. Cooper gets to go race his at the scout expo now, he is pretty happy about that!
Friday was a pretty fun day too. I went out to dinner with my sisters for Karens birthday. I dont have any pictures of it but we had such a good time laughing and just being ourselves. When Billy came home from work (I think he could tell that I was at the end of my rope) he insisted that I leave Claire home with him too. So I had a night out all to myself, that may sound selfish but it was necessary at that point.
Anyway, all these pictures are from Saturday, we went to Springdale for a St. Patricks day parade. It was a dinky little parade but we always have fun when we are with Eric, Karen, Carson, Codee, Joni, Jackson, and Sophia!! We went to lunch first then watched the parade, took pictures with each other and some star wars characters, and Coopy was even in a jello eating contest! Then we headed on home.
Here is my sweet little Claire bear right before we headed out the door, she slept in her carseat the whole time so she missed out on all the pictures!
