An amazing birthday/life/family...
Not only did I do a backflip on my birthday, I got to celebrate a few times! The day before I went to the park with some awesome friends from my ward (one who had her 30th birthday 2 days before mine)who I love! The day of my long time and dear friend Audra took me to lunch. After lunch Joni, Jackson, and Sophia brought out some tiny cupcakes and flowers. Jackson walked in, handed me the flowers and said "Happy Birthday, ya old lady" Billy and the kids took me to a delicious dinner at Samurai 21. Later that night I went out with that same friend and my sister and mom to a movie and dessert. We didn't get home until about 11 and there were Billy and the 3 older kids waiting up to show me this.
They baked this cake and got me a gift for each 10 years of my life! (and 1 extra from Campbell just for the heck of it!) It was so sweet and thoughtful. I love this life I have been so blessed with and wouldn't change any of it!
Funny little side note: The next morning I woke up to a loud CRASH. Went to see what the heck was going on and found Campbell standing in the kitchen with a smashed up cake and cake platter shattered all over the ground! Thanks buddy. Don't worry, Billy and the kids remade the cake that day and it was delicious!

Harlem Globetrotters are awesome!!!!
About a month ago we went up to Cedar City to watch the globetrotters! I was a little nervous that I was going to walk away disappointed feeling like I didn't et my moneys worth. I was SO WRONG. They are so awesome! We had a blast (shout out to Misty for watching Chloe and Campbell) We had watched amazing race with the boys last season and the two main players were on the show so that made it even more fun!
The boys were so excited! They were honestly laughing out loud the entire show!
We were pretty excited too, as you can see in this picture. Maybe a little to excited?
Cooper was lucky enough to go out on the floor for one of their little acts! It was totally a mistake but worked out quite nice. They were down on the floor and he was playing with the basketball and dropped it, it rolled out on the floor. Big Shot, one of the players, picked it up and had Coop come out to get it so he got to do YMCA with them and some other kids! It was an awesome night and I recommend you go see the show when you have the chance!
A little valentines fun!
Here are a few pictures of our "awesome" homemade valentines this year! Every year (so far) I let the boys pick out their own valentine and we TRY to recreate them. They never turn out quite the same as the original and every year I vow to do store bought valentines the next year, but I never do! Cooper has a thing for wall-e so he picked the robot valentine and Carter picked the ipod! Valentines day really came out of no where this year so we were up way to late Thursday night making the treats and the boxes!
Carters turned out pretty cute I thought! He set this pose up himself by the way!
You know it's not like Carters were perfect but they kinda looked it next to these guys! They had so much potential, I dont know where we went wrong. The candybar feet were so heavy that they kept falling off so I ended up hot gluing them. At that point in the night I really didn't care if the chocolate was edible or not. Whatever, he was happy. (just so you know, I am not one of those moms that does all the work, if I had, they would not have looked this good.)
Cooper also has a thing for penguins so we came up with this little guy. I was pretty happy to think of something to use my old food storage can for! He probably would have turned out a little better if Billy could have loaned us his artistic ability but he was in the middle of a serious battle with his friend on modern warfare! (Seriously, we can't compete with that!)
And finally we have Carters box, an alligator. What? you couldn't tell that was an alligator? I don't see why, it looks exactly like one!
